Erica joined Penza Associates Architects, Inc. in 2002 after earning her Bachelor of Architecture degree at Pennsylvania State University, where she also minored in Spanish. She has mastered ArchiCad and is an integral part of project production at Penza Associates Architects.

Anne rejoined Penza Associates in 2004 after earning her Diplom-Ingenieur Architektur in Berlin, Germany in 2003. She had worked previously for Penza Associates for six months in 2001 as part of an internship degree requirement.

While in Berlin, Anne’s career experience includes positions with the Ingenieurbuero BUNG; Hashcer + Jehle, Architekten und Ingenieure and Hein, Wittemeyer & Partners, Architekten und Ingenieure GmbH. Anne has a diverse background of project experience including commercial offices, multifamily historic adaptive reuse, medical offices, schools, health and human services facilities, and civic buildings.
