Presbyterian Home of Maryland
Several projects at the Presbyterian Home, a domiciliary care facility in Towson, Maryland, were managed by Jeffrey Penza under Baukhages and Associates. The first phase of the project, the East Wing, involved a three story, 27-bed addition to the existing facility with miscellaneous support facilities. The West Wing of the facility was also completely renovated for 27 beds with private bathrooms, replacing the previously cramped rooms with semi-private bathrooms. Other projects within the facility included planning for a renovation of East Wing 2 for the supervised health care unit, upgrading support facilities such as beauty shops, day rooms, and multi-purpose spaces as well as upgrading of mechanical and fire protection systems.
