Rehoboth Beach House

This expansion and extensive renovation of an existing beachfront home radically transformed the character of the house to reflect the Victorian influences of older beachfront communities, epitomized in the architecture of nearby Cape May. Because of the harsh conditions found along the seashore, PAA investigated and used durable, natural looking synthetic materials throughout the exterior of the house. In addition to the creative use of new age materials, care was taken to fully integrate rolling storm shutters used on the ocean facing elevations.
