Sue Creek Residence

One of several in design at Sue Creek, this residence has been designed entirely on the footprint of a demolished house to take advantage of being sited on a peninsula with water views in three directions. The existing footprint allowed construction within Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas setbacks, allowing for breathtaking views and proximity to Sue Creek. An octagonal entrance is proposed where the two wings intersect. This intersection also provides an elevated, multi-sided family sitting area that affords spectacular views of the Bay and the surrounding shoreline.
