A two-story bedroom and screened porch addition was created, as well as extensive renovations to the existing contemporary home. The dining and living room area was designed to have a 'library' feel and custom mahogany built-in cabinetry and bookshelves completely surround the room.

In the walk-out lower level, bedrooms and dressing rooms were added and the existing basement was renovated to become a comfortable sitting area and game room.

The kitchen and laundry areas were designed to dramatically improve function, circulation and livability.
