Canton Peaks

Canton Peaks, a 17-unit townhouse project, is being built on a site formerly occupied by a retail building covering virtually 100% of the site. Typically, lots are 16’-5" wide by 56’-0” deep. Houses are arranged in two rows running perpendicular to Fleet Street on the south with a central 40’ wide private roadway separating them. There is also alley access on the northeast corner of the site.

Each unit has two interior parking spaces at grade plus three levels of living space and an additional terrace level above that. Each house has 2 1/2 baths, three bedrooms and a residential elevator, as well as generous roof decks on the terrace level. Buyer options include eliminating the enclosed space at the terrace level and converting the rear portion of the ground level to home office or playroom area. Total area for each unit is 3535 sf (gross), inclusive of ground floor parking and the terrace level. Living area is 2255 sf (gross).

Magnificent views of the Inner Harbor and downtown skyline, as well as views toward Fells Point and the Eastern Shore are afforded by upper level roof decks.

Predominant materials are brick veneer, split face block base, ground face block banding and Hardi-Plank trim, standing seam metal roofs and Hardi-Plank siding on the rear of each row. A modest amount of cast stone has been used for sills and some other trim.
