Cooksie Street Housing

This eight-unit rowhouse development in Locust Point, in the midst of Baltimore's "Digital Harbor," is a complement to the neighborhood's rich 19th century housing stock. Originally designed with steel shape cornices, bay windows, spiral stairs and railings —all brightly painted—and giving a contemporary edge to this otherwise traditional row, the developer opted for more traditional details when the project was actually constructed. Substantial roof decks that afford spectacular harbor views and generous kitchens are features of these three-bedroom, 2300 SF units.
