Towson University

Towson University purchased this 4 story, 115,000 square foot commercial building to consolidate the university administrative and registration functions. Penza Associates Architects was asked to provide building code research, assist in the programming and space planning of the offices, provide solutions for enhancing accessibility, and design a visitors center. The design effort also included renovation of several key entrances to present a stronger identity and relationship to the campus.
