Sweetheart Cup Company

This project involved the renovation of over 100,000 square feet of office space for the Corporate Offices of the Sweetheart Cup Company. The offices were to serve several divisions of Sweetheart which were being relocated to the Baltimore County facility in addition to the divisions already located in the building. The project involved detailed planning for the phasing of the project to permit a seamless transition for those currently occupying the building. The project included complete upgrading of all HVAC and life safety systems into a state of the art open office concept. The plan was conceived with a "street pattern" of circulation and open "communal" areas utilizing sky lit openings. The renovations also included planning for laboratory spaces and modest upgrades to the exterior of the building.
