This renovation of an 18,000 square foot class A office building served to consolidate several divisions of the First National's District of Columbia Trust Department. The planning and construction of the project was performed under very restrictive building requirements. Because the Trust Department is a very high profile division, a crisp corporate design took advantage of the vistas offered by the building.
