Located at the intersection of Walker Avenue and Old Court Road in Pikesville, this two-story brick and curtain wall structure serves as the home office for a development firm responsible for a number of projects in the Federal Hill and the Downtown areas of Baltimore City. Situated on a small, pie-shaped lot, this building presented Penza Associates with a host of challenges that were met with creativity and panache. Flexible, open office areas were placed on both levels while a large conference area was positioned near the front door. The more private space sits back within the brick portion of the building while a more public face is presented on the curtainwall side.
